Casa Rico restaurant renovation with 3D project

Casa Rico started as a ‘tapas’ bar. After some time, the owner wanted to turn his business around to turn it into a restaurant, but finally it is a restaurant with bar. The project of the renovation of this adaptation was made by Novodeco. This restructuring was a success and thanks to this new distribution, Casa Rico has been able to satisfy the sector needs. Nowadays, this place is one of the most prestige restaurants in Santa Pola.

We offered 3D project to plan the renovation and the client liked it from the first moment. Once the 3D project was accepted, Novodeco get to work instantly because we had a short period of time.

We created a long bar with tiles in the interior and sanitation profile on the meeting point between the wall and the floor as applicable trademark law. The bar was prepared to host all types of electrical and plumbing installation (dishwasher, fridge, backlighting of the bar, barrels…). On the front of the bar, the finish was made with Corten steel with folds at the corners and cut with laser to create the company’s logo with a footrest bright steel. The countertop was built with Silestone Stellar with a 7 cm. edge. A decorative wine rack was included on top of the bar with a metallic structure and finished with a layer of Pladur, which contains the electrical installation of the bar. The aluminium of the windows was replaced by 2 single hung windows. Both create an access to the bar from the outside of the restaurant and under these windows, a countertop was created with Silestone Stellar.

Finally, we adjusted the electrical installation and we put the TV set at the perfect height for a flat screen television. On the background, behind the bar, they wanted to hang a picture with a photography of the fishing port of Santa Pola.
